Unless I have missed something, hijacking another users session on a local system when you are already a local admin or system user isn't very exciting. You haven't really escalated because you were system already. If you went on to describe how to get that AD session token or password from the user you just hijact on the local machine - that would be an escalation into the domain. But you never did that in your demo.
