How to use this plugin without using or login to AWS website. Like offline mode. Don't want code to be sync or sent to AWS online system for review.. as per data policy.

TOTALLY Lost @ 1:09 - WHAT Builder ID. and @ 1:16 WHAT AWS Account(s). I came here to find out how to use 'codewhisperer' with VScode and I'm stumped before 1:30 mins of video is over ???????. Come on EXPLAIN what the heck is going on here, what/why/where. IF this is an Amazon instruction video then someone really needs to view them before posting.
