Kaiser Permanente Colorado member Jane Carlstrom shows us that it's never too late to begin exercising. She started at age 50 and is going strong at 85 years young! Carlstrom enjoys weightlifting, skiing and spinning. She credits her daily exercise routine as the key to staying young and healthy.
