@@TheLanguageofQuran I think there is a way to edit the video and you can just put a note there in red for any errors. Example: "Only the first row is non Mudaf". This way you do not need to redo any of the videos. Just put a note wherever you find errors. And these are obvious ones and there is no rush to edit them immediately. I thought with some feedbacks you will know where to add notes...

In KZbin as far as i know there is no easy way of doing it, I will have to delete the video and put a new one .. and it will confuse all those who are following a sequence .. I will see if there is a way around it

Ustadz, at 16:22 the three sentences looking same, but 1st one being Mubtada-Khabar but 2nd and 3rd being Mausuf-Sifat. The subtle difference specially the 1st and 3rd sentence I am not being able to differentiate. Both looking same to me.

This is due to definiteness - of the M-MI strutcture - in the first one we have - a proper noun as a subject and the rest is indefinite in the 2nd and 3rd the definiteness match

Please see carefully it will be clear - the Zaidun is definitive and the 2nd part is indefinite - so you have sentence. The other two the definiteness match so phrase

My understanding from Lesson 2 is that the Predicate must be indefinite and Rafa' for us to have a a nominal sentence.

Walikumus-salaam, thank you for your positive feedback. You ask a very good Question which will take too long to type an answer possibly pages. I am sorry I cannot answer detailed grammatical question in this way. In short - the Mubtada and Khabar follow the rules as explained in Lesson 02, however when they are a structure in this case the Kabar is an Idhafa structure, it will be governed by the idhafah rules. So you will note that the Mudhaf Ilahi is jarr, and predicate needs to be rafa, for example. So the whole Idhafah is the predicate, and the idhafah will follow its own rules. If the Predicate was another structure like Jarr + Majroor this will also be the case.
