@@julienrolle4080 yeah thats part of it but mostly that I dont really get how I'm suppose to drop ? When I try to drop it just feels as tho I'm jumping off the rope and also does it not matter if the line keeps flipping back and forth when I try to drop ?

is the weight on the back foot in double knee drop? or is weight distributed on both knees

I have tried drop knees but the pain on shins in unbearable. Any tips for that please?

Hi Marek, same here as for the butt bounce, your body will get used to it very fast. Nevertheless, I would still advice you to wear long socks.
