What's the difference between ကော်ဖီ သောက်မလို့။ and ကော်ဖီ သောက်တော့မယ်။ ?

They are almost the same. Both sentences are indicating near future. But ကော်ဖီသောက်တော့မယ် is more commonly used as a statement as it is, not following or followed by another statement or not a response to a question. You can use it to just to mention what you are about to do. ကော်ဖီသောက်မလို့ is usually a response to a question like "ဘာလုပ်မလို့လဲ" or followed by another statement such as ကော််််််ဖီသောက်မလို့ ။ ရေနွေးတည်ပေးပါ။ I am going to drink coffee. Please boil water (to make coffee). However, it's not technically wrong even if you use them interchangably. You can even say ကော်ဖီသောက်တော့မလို့။ which indicates an even nearer future than ကော်ဖီသောက်မလို့
