It would be nice to mention to aim your pushes on the chest to where you are not moving the heart upwards or downwards. I may be wrong about this but this is how I was taught CPR in a class. Also you may mention ribs or sternum may crack and that may be necessary to keep the heart working long enough for professionals to get there (people might stop giving compressions if they hear a crack). Another thought is if your lung capacity is potentially larger than the patient, you should resist blowing too much air at once into the little person (might pop their lung). Before beginning CPR on some random passed out on the floor, tilt them on their side and use your one hand's two fingers to scoop any clogged food at the back of their tongue area that they may had just choked on. If you can't scoop anything or they don't vomit from having your fingers in their throat, then lay them on their back and do the CPR procedures. Note, I am an amateur that has never had to do this in a real situation, so question my ideas as possibly wrong.
