I’ve been been learning for 2 weeks. I was able to read the first half of the sentence “thank you for the lesson” without translation and I know mere means more. Was able to figure out the second half based on the words I know and the context of the sentence.

So if I said “het is veer uur’s morgens” would I still be correct? I’d probably be confused if someone told me it was four at night.

Dat klopt, het is niet zo strikt: 'vier uur 's morgens' is ook duidelijk ('vier' met ie)
