Jolly Pusnika: does different country of the world undergo same economics cycle? For example during Corona all countries under goes same recession
@sasmills4 жыл бұрын
@@jolly1796 there are exceptions. One example, Venezuela printed their currency into oblivion... And they were in a depression (independent of the rest of the world). However, if that kind of crash happens with the euro, pound, etc for example (where hundreds of millions or even billions of people save, bank, and transact in that currency, that has a global impact.) Not to mention, the more quickly the economic machine is going, the harder the crash feels when it occurs... We're so connected - it's like we're all racing down a hill with spending, transacting, banking, exchanging, and if something happens, it's like a big cement wall pops up and one by one, it's a train wreck of crashes in almost every market.... Some feeling the effects worse and for longer than others. The financial markets will experience 20-30 years of struggle to full oil machine days. Hopefully the labor markets won't take that long. Also, the financial markets are not ALWAYS causally correlated day by day with the labor economics. (people lost their jobs, yes, but after money was printed, the stock market boomed with historic volume... While millions of people around the world, and in the US alone were still losing their jobs and haven't gotten them back.)

What is the marco and micro economy.
@sasmills4 жыл бұрын
Micro economics is the labor economy... (what effects the price, production, and demand of cars, corn, cell phones, sneakers, etc, within individual markets (corn farming market, sneaker buying market, makeup market... And individual businesses and why individuals choose to buy at the price that they do,) Macro economics is the analysis of production, financial policy, financial health on a large (country by country or even global scale). Studies of recessions and depressions occur under the umbrella of macro economics (maybe mixed in with a little bit of politics or legislation and big banking... Because that's where financial policies, big decisions like printing more money, what the interest rate ceiling should be at, and rules come from).
