University of spoken English and computer science Islamabad is the best institution.I have completed my DPEL from Islamabad campus,when I joined USECS I couldn't speak English even I couldn't write 3 or 4 simple lines in English .Now I'm very happy because I can speak, I can write.USECS give me good teachers like Sir sadeeq and Sir Faiz ullah , good friends and speaking skills .
