Unless you've got another more convenient way of raising the question without spoiling the (precise) meaning given the particular context, the most appropriate/accurate and convenient way I can think of for this situation in general is to use "Which numbered" ?. i.e. Which numbered president of Sri Lanka, was Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapaksha ?. Which numbered item on the list, is in the colour red ?. Which numbered death anniversary of her, is coming this year ? ....

This can be generalized to ask all other questions you have discssed in this video. While applauding your efforts, I suggest you to provide a flavor of the most accurate form of using the language. It's one thing to know workarounds, but, having the right knowldge which might not be the simplest is vital. Thank you!
