That's a good question. Thank you for your question. It means you have used or done something for a long time, so it's not a problem to do it. For example, I am used to cold weather, which means I have been living in cold weather for a long time. Cold weather is not a big problem for me. Or, I am used to waking up early. It shows waking up early has become a part of my life. I hope that's clear. Notice that it is used as "getting used to something/doing something".
