Set alerts on your trading platform, then come back to the screens once price is trading in your level of interest. I set my levels and then go about my morning until I get an alert

check out an indi called sessions liquidity tracker

Use the kill zones of the sessions you are trading. Look at previous sessions on HTF. Usually you will be sitting in or near a HTF FVG or previous daily high or low. You are looking for confirmations before taking a trade. Displacement and time based liquidity are your friend. Be very patient and picky about taking a trade, it’s much more profitable. Stop hitting the button without a reason to other than wanting to make money, it won’t work.

Honestly every on line trader tells you how hard it is to make money trading they are just playing on your insecurities from taking some losses and loosing money because nothing hurts more or makes you feel like a bigger failure. Get at the charts every day and you will get there if you trade patterns stick to it you will work it out trend lines same thing!! Support and resistance same thing. Smt or ICT same fucking thing apply yourself pick one or two assets and stick to it. I my opinion the only reason 90% of traders fail is because 90% quit before they have learned it. So I live in Australia and to do what we call an apprenticeship to do any kind of trade takes 3 years of 9-5 365 for at least 4 years like a university degree. Why does any one think learning to trade will be easier🤷🏻‍♀️ the thing with trading is once you have it you will make allot of money be patient you can do this ❤
