I agree with all of the tips - would like to add another. Learn to read your knitting - can be very helpful for finding and also fixing mistakes. Also I’d emphasize that deliberate practice is very important for maintaining even tension.

Loved the positive attitude tip. Such a good life philosophy. Knitting gives me so much opportunity to be creative, relieve stress and just spend peaceful time watching TV.

I love all the tips that were given especially the knit everyday. It is so surprising how often projects get finished by that discipline. I am so thrilled about the October KAL. It warms my heart to see the support by fellow knitters for those of us who are battling breast cancer! Thank you for another great podcast.

You are so right about teachers. In addition to shorter summers teachers are often going to summer school classes to improve knowledge and keep their accreditation.

Love the tips. Perhaps you’d like to choose a few like: knit everyday, don’t be afraid to make mistakes ( I tell my husband when I have to start over that I’m getting more use of my yarn😊) and put them on your website. Love the Rios kits. I live in AR & sometimes a cowl is very useful.

I'm making the Wina Shawl right now. After the second shell pattern I thought the in-between rows didn't have enough interest for me. So, I added 2 rows of YO, K2tog. I always have less stitches at the end of these in-between rows (mistakes with the YO rows). It's only a few stitches so I just add them back before the next shell rows. Can't notice a thing😁.

The background noise is off putting……sounds like something is running. Maybe consider a muffler for your microphone.
