This method is honestly great for mental blocks. A week ago I could do a bhs easily but one day I woke up and couldn’t jump back anymore. I tried this method(on a trampoline) and got it within 10 minutes. Hopefully this encourages people who are afraid of jumping back!

I did Gymnastics for a year. Came close to a bhs. A tip for not snapping your arms is your hands, shouldn't face outwards, instead, make them face inwards. That'll insure that you don't snap your arms in half.
@l0velyquiet1947 жыл бұрын
For girls trying out for cheerleading and need this, WORK ON YOUR FORM, when doing your round-off make sure you are straight! It might not matter if you are just doing backhand springs but when you get into throwing tucks, layouts and fills you need to be able to keep your tumbling in a line, just a small tip👌🏽😂😉
