For Case Scenario 2,(Procedure-Radical retropubic prostectomy...)Code 55845 is the answer. However, how to do you know it's including external iliac node as well? I didn't see anything in the scenario about this node. I saw reference to hypogastric and obturator nerves in scenario, but not external iliac. Thanks so much!
