is there a way or function in php by using that page load get completed but rest of php code (not to display) keep going in back. ex: php code exicute till echo of $str and then page stop loading for enduser and some rest work like cache creation and visit counter and so on keep going. because google also take page load time in indexing and ranking.

But isn't updating the cache again after 20 seconds sort of counter intuitive? So if I'm searching in a million records, and it's taking 8 seconds, it will keep taking 8 seconds after every 20 seconds. Hence somewhat not making sense to me.

Hi vishal, It's a very important topic and now I understand that how much caching is important to use. I've a query, if my users and coworkers are feeding/updating data but when the data is effecting only after specific time then the users will not get correct data. Is there any method to create cache only after database is insert/update otherwise it should provide data from cache. Thanks..

Yes you can, when you inserted or updated, at that time only create cache file. That's it.
