Mam u used 4.1 to cut out 5more pieces am confused based on our hip measurement which is 43,when I times 4.1 by6 is not up to my hip measurement all am asking is if it will enter Me when I cut like so

You will divide your hip by six with seam allowance then fold your fabric into two and divide the measurement you got by 2. I used 4.1 that is 8.2 divide by two

Am a kind of confused ma... After cutting the zip allowance part and joining them together, where will exactly serve as the zip allowance part. Cause I used pcs to practice it, I realized that the one u cut with 4.1 is exactly the zip side.. Please help me as am typing this message now. Am about to cut this six pcs gown. Is 8.2 when divide by two which is 4.1 because the fabric is on fold, for the zip allowance I minus 1inche from 8.2 and still divide by two since the fabric is folded into two
