Thank you for video. This is simple algebraic equation. I used one variable x such that the first box in 1st row is x, 2nd box is 27-x, the first box in 2nd row is x/5, 2nd box is x/5 - 11. Then solve the equation (27-x) )(x/5 - 11) = 36, which have 2 answers x =45, or x=37.
