most likely theres an issue in your openlitespeed config could you please double check your virtualhost and listener config

So at 12:07, you jump straight to opening up the osticket web-based installer. I am installing on a virtual server and accessing through an IP address - it is not local. I can't seem to figure out how to open that installer. I've made all the settings changes in LiteSpeed; I think I just need to know the correct path to get it to open. Can you help? Thanks!
