In today’s video I’m going to be sharing with you step by step on how to design a pleated gathered ruffles turban. The turban Is section into three: A base, A band and A ruffles
Fabrics = Skuba Material
Measurements for the base
Light= 22
Width= 20
Measurements for the band
Lenght= 22
Width= 5
Measurements for the ruffles
Length = 60
Width= 4
