I use a size 12 round hog bristle brush for foliage. The colors in this painting - cobalt blue, ultramarine blue, crimson, chrome green, burnt umber, burnt sienna, titanium white. this painting was done in the 80s - chrome green is no longer available. About 50 years ago - I saw a speed painter change a hut into a bush because the hut didn't look right - that's when it clicked - make it up as you go along

In the late 50's on tv, there was a Brylcreem add [men's haircream]. It was not a song, but a "jingle"... the add currently is featured on KZbin... it mentions at the end of the add, as part of a jingle, how "a little dab'l do ya." mr Len can you paint a big mural or at least 1.5 m x 1m metar big canvas... I really really admire youre work... The style is unique... I havent see till now this kind a style... Bob Ross or modern art.. nowere youre style... I have tried to paint like you two paintings till now... and really really I have learned a lot from you're videos... Yes - very hard to paint wet on wet if the paint is not all of the same consistancy
