Good afternoon my Friend! Ty you so much for the video! it helped us so much. I have just a little doubt, i've just downloaded the Niimbot App, and looks like it's a new version of the App, its a little different of the version that you are using on the video. I can't find the function to create "barcode" in this version. The older one was pretty easy to find. Can you help me somehow with the link of the old app or instructions for the new one? Anyway, thanks so much for the video!!

It is the same place it always has been in my APP. Click on the label then click on elements, Barcode should be right there.

If I use this B1 as an address book; does each new address need to be a new template; and if so, can I get them in order somehow alphebetically?

Interesting question. I don’t think I would consider it as an address book. I would use a contact program that exports to Excel. Then I would print by importing the spreadsheet. I have videos on using excel.

can you print from an email? for instance, if I sell something on eBay and they email me a packing address and barcode can I print from the email??

You could copy and paste that info. I do not use the printer for shipping labels. Honestly I use the Dymo 4xl for doing shipping labels

You need to use theirs only as the tags have an rfid tag in each roll so the printer knows what labels are loaded.

The latest iOS is 17.2.1 Update to latest OS. I would try removing app and re downloading it too.

Question … if I have a pdf file that has 100 QR codes that need printing … what would be the fastest way to scan then all? So far I’ve done them 1 by 1 but it is very time consuming.

PDFs are a problem. The only way to do them into batches is using an Excel file.

I never tried as the paper has an rfid chip in it to tell the app what paper is loaded.

Make sure app is open and the printer is on. Upper right screen should say unconnected. Tap on that. The printer should show up

On a Mac, yes. On a windows computer you would need an android emulator.

If everything is connected properly and plugged in then it seems you have a defective unit. Out of the thousands we have sold we had 2 with this issue. I would return it to where you got it if under warranty. We give a 6 month warranty with the ones we sell.

Nvm I was using an Apple fast charger with usb c to usb c , problem went away when connected via usb to usb c and a normal plug , thanks for your fast reply :)

How to add your templates to files/folders

What you do is back out of the edit screen and it will ask you if you want to save and you click yes. This saves the template in the app

@@babsbeadwarehouse I know how to do that and have lots of templates saved, But want to add them to folders, but cannot find out on the app how to Move templates to a folder as they are all saved in 1 unnamed folder. The app makes it look as though you can add different folders, but does not explain how to move templates to any folder

Yes, only the labels from Niimbot will work on it.

Horrible alignments on these machines. You can align it as much as you want but the result NEVER matches the print preview. It's always off; burnt through so many stickers. Print 4 labels of exactly the same text and each one is a bit left, bit right, slanted...ugh.

Interesting. We have sold hundreds of these and never had an issue with alignment. You should return yours and get a new one. Something is wrong with
