hey ninetales :) how many minions is one ghoul worth in terms of pushing power pre 6? like are there any instances where ghouls dropping in lane after a gank won't mean it will push towards enemy

Its so much RNG, one ghoul can do serious work if it doesn't get aimed. Unfortunately you can't really tell until you watch how each one gets assigned. I would say 2 sets up a good wave as long as the enemy minions aggro your minions first.

My bot lane make most games unwinable, because they start feeding already at minute 2 and continue every minutes after.
