im still confusing with "kitte o nimai kudasai" why using を? how about "nimai kitte kudasai" 先生?

because "kitte" is the direct object of the the expression "kudasai" which means "please give me". The direct object is indicated by the particle "を". But it is okay to remove it, you can say "kitte nimai kudasai"

Take a drink every time she says "masu." But seriously, this isn't for the cat videos audience. Learning vocab and grammar requires concentration not distracting cuts and sound effects like it's a Michael Bay film.
