I am from Andhra, been staying in Bangalore for four month now. I never felt a need to learn Kannada as oeople here understand either English or Hindi, some people even understand Telugu. However, a senior at wirkplace suggested me to learn Kannada so that I can be part of conversations going around me. According to him, learning a new language is always a fun. I also think it is basic courtesy on my part to inow atleast badics of Kannada. Thank you madam for teaching Kannada to us all. Hope, I will be able to basic conversations around me in next four months.
