Thank you for your lessons. I’m no longer able to dance as well as I used to because my spine is damaged and I’m no where near as fit as I used to be. But I still enjoy doing gentle exercises like Yoga. I would like to try smaller, gentler movements I see are possible in your dance. Modified, I mean.

It's Kathak, you can understand as the Indian ballet dance.It's name suggests that it's traditionally used for story telling or drama. (Kathak from Sanskrit root kath meaning to tell, from same root the Hindi/Sanskrit word kathaa(meaning ‘story’) has originated from.)
