Thank you for the video. My observation of my Jupiter(Untenanted) was mixture of its houses(40%), start lord(40%), and sublord houses(20%). This ratio varies under various Bhuktis.

True, there is no fixed formula for this. It depends on the context as well. The 80:20 formula is given only as a reference point for better understanding of the concept.
