Sir ji this is some unbranded flute that someone gave me many years ago. I find that it is very well tuned, however some notes are a bit difficult to play - perhaps because the shape is a bit odd - it's not circular when seen from the side, but rather oval. Maybe it is a really old flute and has got worn out now. You can find many new and decent D scale flutes online nowadays...
