Yes that’s a super common phrase in spoken Arabic, do note that the first word is pronounced “mazbut”

The first one واقف describes a state in which you are already standing, the second one describes the process of standing up or the process of stopping

I haven’t heard that phrase before but it could be a colloquial phrase used by a certain region. The last word looks to be derived from عنتر which describes someone who is brave or bold. If anyone else has heard of it before comment down below!
