The Law of Throwing Amil Maf'ul Mutlaq
There are differences of opinion about whether or not it is permissible to throw away amil from maf'ul mutlaq:
• Ibnu Malik is of the opinion: the law of throwing away 'amil for absolute maf'ul which has the function of taukid (emphasizing) is not permissible. As for absolute maf'ul which functions to clarify the type and number of numbers, the law is permissible.
• Ibnu Nadzim stated that the law dispenses with 'amil for absolute maf'ul whose function is taukid (emphasizing) sometimes it is permissible and even obligatory as is the case with absolute maf'ul which functions to clarify types and numbers.
Laws and provisions in disposing of amil maf'ul mutlaq which serves to clarify the types and counts:
- Disposable.
Usually occurs when answering a question.
- Must be disposed of in the following circumstances:
• If the form of mashdar which is used as maf'ul mutlaq does not have its fi'il form
• If the form of mashdar which is used as maf'ul mutlaq is similar to mutsanna (shows two meanings) and is said to be
• If the form of mashdar which is made into maf'ul mutlaq consists of mashdar which always has to Idhafat
