I believe what you focus on you get more of. I've recently gotten out of a very toxic, abusive and narsasistic relationship. Since then I have been doing a lot of self care and rewiring my mind, focusing on positive things, surrounding myself with positive people and being aware of my thoughts not to dwell on negative things. @@gailmaim can’t say I’m an evolved 9 if that’s just how I’ve always been, I do have a bit of an ego but it’s the same as anyone else’s nothing crazy, I just love myself because I know I have a special consciousnesses and way of thinking.
