Salam! I am not a complete beginner, nor am I at intermediate level. However, now I understand the persian poem in this video. In fact, poem is mostly done at an advanced level, However, I think it depends on the level of explanation given by the teacher. if teachers explain it well using an easy poem, learners can understand it even if they are not at an advanced level. Today, not to forget Russian language, I have read one famous poem. I am not advance level in Russian, but I could understand it given by good explanations. You did excellent job including music!😀 الکساندر پوشکین "اگر زندگی شما را فریب دهد اگر زندگی شما را فریب دهد غمگین نباش، عصبانی نشو! در روز ناامیدی خود را فروتن کن: روز تفریح، باور کنید، فرا می رسد. قلب در آینده زندگی می کند. واقعا غمگین: همه چیز فوری است، همه چیز خواهد گذشت. هر چه بگذرد خوب خواهد بود.

I’m so happy my explanation helped you understand Khayyam’s poem. Persian poetry is truly beautiful, I wished people didn’t need to know the language to be able to enjoy it

@@persianwithazin1290 A significant number of people learning Persian come from India, Pakistan, Central Asia, Arabs, Turkey.. and a lot of them already have a good understanding of Persian culture and language and some people have a high level of ability to read and write. They may require less explanation and longer content.

I speak Gujarati. We say gardan (neck). Interesting to know it's a Persian word. I'll have to watch a lot more to see what other words are taken from Persian. I believe a large percentage of Urdu is made up of Persian.

Very patiently explained. Thanks. I don't mean to correct, it's just a simple suggestion - here, 'tresses of beloved' is better than the word 'hair'. This must be a part of a longer poem، certainly. Please explain a complete poem in one go, though it will make the video longer but it will quench the thirst. Kindly make a full series, I mean ten best of Khayyam, then Rumi and pick other poets of olden era. درود به شما برای این خیلی زیبا توضیح

I treasure your suggestion a lot, thank you, to be honest I was searching for a more suitable word and you gave me the most perfect one. No it’s not a part of a longer poem, Khayyam is famous for his quatrains (رباعی or چهارگانه, consisting of four hemistichs) So this poem is complete. But you made me reconsider about analyzing just one verse in my future videos and maybe it’s better to analyze the whole poem… maybe I make videos in both ways. Thank you 💕
