I got a ton of these videos on my recommendation page while trying to learn Russian, so I tried a different video i had saved and this listen while you sleep method is sort of weird because I couldn’t sleep with the noise provided by the audio. So about 3 and a half hours in I remembered very little but when I rewatched the video everything sounded familiar. So i’m confused as to what’s happened, did I fall asleep or did time just pass quickly? But there are 2 potential things to take from that experience. 1-It keeps you up at night and nothing happens 2-You do kind of remember and it would work to understand a conversation but you wouldn’t be able to speak
@LingoJumpChannel3 жыл бұрын
Hi Mellisa you could also try this one, it has more basic structure for beginners and repetitions help learning the language. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJmqfqRrjbGsm6M ❤️

it depends on the person. I can sleep fine with it, and sometimes it influences my dreams, so id say thats a good thing cause my brain is clearly taking in the information
@LopsideMakes Жыл бұрын
There are studies that show that becoming familiar with sounds during sleep is completely normal, and though you can’t actually learn fully while sleeping, it makes it easy for people to connect sounds to concepts when reviewing. Not being able to sleep because of sound is also just dependent on the person and what they’re used to. Kinda weird, I guess.
