@@rajeshkannanmj Not for free no unfortunately. PlaygroundAI is the most reasonable but in general Dall E 2 is quite expensive in my opinion. That's why I like SD and run it locally on my computer. @@angpcman Wow that's awesome! I can tell you my digital catalog has heavily increased. I'm at the point of trying to find good prompts that I can use for digital art for some of my photo projects. Being a content creator I have many use cases. I would say if you can somehow tie it to hobby's you are interested in or utilize stable diffusion for business heck even for NFT's if you're into that. Most of all keep having fun with it and work on refining your prompts. It's still new technology so there is so much yet to come!

I have a problem with distance issue. Let's say I want to see a forest but from far away so that I could see pretty much the whole forest. What are the words to begin with? I need guidance on prompts that deal with distances as I want to tell a story from my picture. Once, I want to show a mother sitting in the kitchen watching her son studying. I want to portray poverty or middle class struggle. I know I am asking too much for a non painter, but if there is any way you can show us the "Distance" prompt, I would really appreciate that.

Definitely a possibility, just be aware that hands, feet and sometimes eyes will need some sort of editing. Sometimes you get lucky though and the hands/feet turn out good. I'm planning a video covering this as well.

Hey there, so playground you can save files in PNG, since typically you are starting with small dimensions and need to upscale. The upscaler can do it 4x so for a 512x768 it will end up 2048x2848. You would have to use a third party app to upscale it even more. Also it's only 72dpi. Currently no way to set color space.

Little bit confused with the 1000 images per day 'marketing' I barely created 100 images yesterday and they told the limit got exceeded. I thought at least after 24 hours I can use the free version again. but still showing 'don't use multiple accounts, buy a paid plan to increase your limit.

Hey there, you might want to email their support [e-mail] or via feedback section on their discord. I typically generate a few hundred a day on the free account with no issues. They don't allow multiple accounts, so if this is incorrect support will sort it out. Hi Carlos, that's very common for text to image ai because it's trained on a 1:1 aspect ratio. When you use other dimensions double heads, cropped heads, double arms etc are more likely to happen. One way to minimize it is to use the negative prompts. On the left under the prompt box you'll find "Remove from image". Switch that on and use these words or similar. tinyurl.com/y4n2ntpj Another thing you can experiment with is using different samplers, on the right side under "seed" you'll see advanced options. Experiment with those but I find for people DPM2 and Euler or Eueler a work pretty well but Euler tends to still produce cropped heads, duplicate limbs etc.

Rabbit hole indeed! On one hand this should be scary for most digital artists, because making digital art is gonna become much more accessible for most people, and therefore cheaper to produce. On the other hand it can be used as a great tool, an accelerator for the creators who will remain in the art profession. It will allow to quickly iterate over ideas, speeding up the drafting process to arrive at the finalized work much sooner.

I was hesitant at first when I first started catching wind of AI art but it didn't take long for more to see the benefits out weighing the negatives. Basically I would create the racoon or use an existing design, mask the background to whatever you want and voila! on the linked video, kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKK4ko2rabR3h9k?t=280 if you look at 4min40 and shortly after you will see the background had changed. I did that with inpainting, I just cut it out of the video because it was becoming too long. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for checking out the video. Yes you own the rights to anything you create and are responsible for the images you produce. I'm not 100% if you have to state that it's AI generated as most AI platforms would have that type of disclosure. But to be sure, check under their terms and conditions to be absolutely sure.

Hi Martello, hard to know without having any context. There are a few things you can try, putting words closer to the beginning has more weight. You can add "____in the background" or "._____ scenery". The more descriptive you are about the scene the better but not to a point where it's complicated. Again tough to know what exactly you want unless you share the prompt or at least the concept.

Hey Avalon, it's very common with AI image generation because the data sets are usually trained with a 1:1 aspect ratio, so chances of getting multiple limbs are more likely with other aspect ratios. You can use the negative prompts section and add words like "double head, multiple limbs" etc. This won't prevent it but it will help lessen it. You can also experiment with sampling methods, Euler, DPM2 etc in the advanced options, some samplers are more prone to duplications but it will also change the look slightly.

Hello Kathryn, this is very normal with text to image generation. The most common reason is because the AI is trained on images that are 1:1 ratio, so when you use a different aspect ratio it tends to distort limbs, duplicate heads, deformities etc. Also in the advanced options located just below Seed. you can change the sampler to something else. Some samplers are prone to duplicates more than others. Also on the left is an area for negative prompts, you can put in "duplicate, or double head" in there to help limit the duplication. With all that being said, it comes with the territory and should be expected to happen. Hope that helps!

That is a great introduction. Now I am looking for how to 'train a model' or 'create an avatar" so that I can use the same character in different poses etc. I saw people using dreambooth/automatic 1111, but is there a way to do this using only the playground ai website??

Hey Dirk, unfortunately at this time there is no way to train but I will ask them if that's part of their plans in 2023. What I've been doing is using photobooth ai from Open AI or Astria to train models. It cost $10us which is worth it for what I do. I'll then download the ckpt file it creates and use that model in Automatic1111 or Invoke AI. I'm in the hunt for other sites that can do training and have access to all the other SD features. Some things that I can do with just playgroundai is use inpaint to change facial expression, which works quite well I think, and remove background with another site to then paste the image on a different background. Even without training there are some nice possibilities. But keeping the same character (and clothing) with different poses, I guess it's not possible unless with proper 'training'.

@@MonzonMedia I have been trying to use a method someone (youtube name = All About AI) is using for Midjourney. It uses only a unique name for the prompt and seed numbers to train a model and seems to work very well in Midjourney. Name of the video explanation is 'Midjourney - Create an Avatar for your AI Art'. I don't know if this could work in playgroundai, but so far I am unable to reproduce the same effect there.

Yes these are good methods which use from time to time. I would like to see them add out painting which would be very useful. You can use the seed to generate images with the same likeness but it's not the same as training a model.

Hello Jan, firstly with Text to image AI, those types of results can be expected. The technology is still fairly new so you will get varying results. It can be a number of factors. For one, Stable diffusion is trained on aspect ratio of 1:1 at 512x512. When using other aspect ratios, you are prone to these types of results. However other things that can influence is the sampler being used in the advanced options (under seed area). Euler for example may yield double head results more than DPM2 but they all do it. One other thing to mention it could be a conflicting word in your prompt. That's why I always encourage people to start simple and build from using image to image once they get an image that is close to what they want, then you can build from that image. Hope that helps!

It happens from time to time with AI generation, has nothing to do with playgroundai, it's more about the stable diffusion model itself. Try a different model under advanced options and see if that helps. They are working on adding negative prompts to help with those issues. One of the benefits of running SD locally is that you can use negative prompts.

Hi Riccardo, currently on playgroundai only a 1:1 aspect ratio is available on V2 and to get the most out of it there is something called negative prompting which enables you to tell the ai to avoid certain things like double limbs, deformed limbs etc however that is not available yet on playgroundai. With that being said, you have more features and flexibility using V1.5. Once you get the hang of prompting to get the results you want, try it in V2, and hopefully in the near future all the other features will be available to use like in V1.5. Hope that helps!

I do agree to an extent however now that I've had some time with stable diffusion running it locally, I'm very impressed with the results I can get. It takes time to learn what works for what you are creating. Yes but I encourage you to read the terms of service on the site. Basically you own the rights but are fully responsible what you produce. However playgroundai has the rights to use your work that is created on there. It lines it all out in the terms which is very common for any text to image Ai platform. Hope that helps! 👍🏼

@@farnio hahaha yes indeed, create first! I'm definitely looking into that as I'm curious myself. I know people are using image ai for NFT's but I don't know too much about it. For me personally I'm starting to incorporate Text to image AI for some of the photo/digital images for side projects I have for clients. But will definitely create some content around that eventually. Appreciate the support! 👍

AI cannot create such images without using existing art as references or for learning, and such use of existing art is totally unfair to those who created it. Unacceptable.

I appreciate your feedback. But how is it different from someone learning art imitating the greats of the craft to learn? When I was younger I used to draw a lot and one of my inspirations was Todd Mcfarlane. Much of my drawings were inspired by his style that I later developed my own. AI is the same it just works faster.

Humans take years or even lifetimes to learn. Even the best artists cannot really replicate great works. But AI is not human. It is a machine. I have nothing against AI or machines. I have everything against scoundrels who try to gain unfair advantage over certain groups, in this case, artists.

The problem is: the people who use AI this way use artists' work, do not pay artists, and are at the same time trying to make artists obsolete. Any attempts to justify it is trying to package the evil, like what big techs are doing.

@@vghr6100 I hear ya and I appreciate your feedback and honesty. Personally for me I will use this type of Ai to speed up my personal workflow and do creative things that would have taken me hours if not days/weeks to do. I look at it like music covers, lot's of people do cover songs and while most people will get hit with copyright, others who tweak the song enough don't or they get permission from the original artist. It's still very new technology and already there are a lot of restrictions being passed as it progresses but AI is a reality whether we like it or not.
