Charlotte Rogerson There are different ways of holding a pen. Personally, I write with a “normal” grip but when I grip a brush pen, I use the “pole” or “wrong” grip.

Very good tips! I sort of start with doing the strokes drills, straight lines curved lines, ovals are always last and then I write the whole alphabet. I have trouble with most of the letters but I feel a very small improvement due to practicing. Thank you for the tutorial! 🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♀️👌

I was doing it all wrong! This video is super helpful and most important not boring. I found some other videos that they say too much but at the end they didn't really explained anything. Is there a big difference between the Tombow dual brush and the Faber castle artist pen brush? Thank you so much for the motivation!!

Laura Chernoff Thanks for the feedback Lauren. Yes there is a big difference between the Tombow and FC brush pens. The FC brush tips don't flex well and bounce back. I don't use them.

Practice the basic strokes every day and slowly work your way through the lowercase alphabet. Only practice about 20 minutes a day.

Sue you can use any type of printer with the laser jet paper. I use an inkjet printer and the ink is fine.
