I feel pain in my biceps and sudden tremor in elbow and muscles while doing this shot . What should i do ?
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
Check if your grip is correct, check if you are too far from the shuttle when you hit, because over stretching the arm to hit can cause some pain... 😁🏸

What the best string for lob shot coach?
@CoachKennieAsuncion2 жыл бұрын
The strength doesnt just come from the string. It’s a combination of your good form, right spot of hitting, your own strength upon execution and string. But i love yonex bg 65 then and now, it’s my preferred string😁🏸

Hi Coach Kennie! May I inquire about your training programs and the fees that come with it? Thank You.
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
Hi! For the whole year round we offer trainings depending on the level. For advanced or competitive levels we have unlimited monthly fees. For beginners once a week which is every saturdays only would have a different rate. For summer which is between end of march to june, we will have more classes available. It would be better to call 8-7252568 and speak to coach Nelson Asuncion and ask him based on your needs. Thank u vmuch! 🏸🏸

coach I am a beginner and I cannot hit the shuttle from the back boundary line to the opposite boundary line.what can I do coach?
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
Work on your footwork well enough to get you to the baseline with ease then work on the timing to hit your shot! 😁🏸

Hi Coach, Thanks for the video. My problem is, I always slice hit the shuttle, which makes my clear never reach base line of opponent and they getting upper hand in game. While smashing also, the slice hit make my smash weak. How can I get rid off this issue, thanks in advance.
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
You can change that through practice & patience. Since by your comment i get that it has already become a habit. Make a conscious effort to hit the shuttle flat ... keep practicing whenever you can! 🏸🏸

wanted to know more steps to clear LOB, stated in this video only one method
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
There’s not much to be said regarding the steps bec normally you are forced to your backhand when you’re late so you turn to where the shuttle is, run and make sure to end with your dominant leg before hitting that backhand. Thanks! 😁🏸

Hi Coach! You seem to have not mentioned the "pronation" part of the clear swing. This is what prevented me from hitting a clear from baseline to baseline.
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment, yes its hard to squeeze in every detail while keeping it at an interesting length of time, this video we tried to keep it more basic and targetted as simply as what the shot is and what the goal is but dont worry in future videos we will discuss it more thoroughly with more details for the more advanced ones... again, many thanks!! 🏸🏸

I would love to see a video discussion on the pronation part too as I can’t reach the baseline either
@tamalbhattacharjee83844 жыл бұрын
Hello Magandang umaga po. I've some fundamental questions about smashing, be it a full smash or a half one. During the smash shots, should I pronate my arm or bend my arm which is called flexion ? Could you clarify this doubt? I'm a bit baffled by this.
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
The pronation and flexion are both important factors when doing the smash. The rotation of your arm should be done smoothly & naturally while bending of your elbow need to be comfortable in order for you to execute a good smash. These 2 come together hand in hand but how will you know if it’s right? Watch the video, also watch different players when they execute their smashes, try the movement until you feel like its natural movement... we will do more videos on smash as it is easier to explain showing how its done as opposed to explaining it through text. But thank you for a good question. I hope my reply shed light to your question. 🏸🏸
