the explanation is good, one thing though, the only part of the body that should be moving is the wrist, because what you want to do is to make the opponent think youre not doing a cross shot, otherwise youre just doing extra momvements, and that would cause trouble. In my opinion

Rackets are personal & what might be good for me may not be for you. Its best to know what works for you. Smashers usually like it head heavy bec it helps them with their smashes. As for me i like light weight racket which i feel i have more control of... try to hold the racket before you buy them. 😁🏸
