I've learnt 3 terms in English in one video actually, to better ourself we should sharpen our knowlage about certain things. We better off without my future father, he left us sorry guys i didn't mean to confide but............😢 Wind down means something that come to an end, the second meaning is to relax after stress or exciment, example: I guess i should try a hot spring in order to wind down.😊
