Learn the Ghost Movement Patterns with this Pac-Man Remake

You got 1 thing wrong. The colours in the example DO match the movement. Red always chases you, pink always goes infront of you, blue always goes to the opposite side of red and orange always chases, then runs away.

This is pretty neat. PacMan5 is also a cool remake. It has a lot of crazy settings and modes that add the Pac-Mania jump, Pac-Mania ghosts, and some other quality of life improvements. Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man and Jr. Pac-Man are all playable and their mazes

The “pass-thru” of a ghost was a great feature. I wouldn’t call it a bug. It was a byproduct of the coding. A bug would be level 256 screen of death. Fix that!

That explains why Clyde/Orange would always follow me and then do random stuff which I couldn’t predict. The mechanics are kind of like Inky/Blue or Binky/Red in a way because.. well it chases you =/

Red is actually called Blinky, not Binky.

The ghosts have names, you know. And, I’m pretty sure they don’t randomly pick a method of chasing pac-man, as their individual methods are supposed to be tied to each of them specifically. At least, they don’t do that in the original arcade version.

The original game has a bug which positions the 'ghost lure' diagonally away from Pac-Man when he's facing up. I see this remake has decided to keep it in, but I'd really like the option to disable it, so that I could play the game with ghosts that move the way the developers intended.

one thing i dont really like in this remake is that every sound has this fade in effect
