A tip for you go in a pub with a pool table check the cues and normally there is a rubber on the end take it off and put it on your trowel handle that my friend silences the woodpeckers

If cavity-wall insulation is to be used in construction from the very start ; there SHOULD be a LARGE air space gap in-between the face of the insulation and the OUTER WALL inside the cavity-wall ; this includes an air space gap in-between the face of the insulation and the cavity-wall-tie drip points which are in the centre of the cavity. Ask N.V.Q. BRICKWORK teachers for PROOF of this !
