When studying don't just read it n say it, instead read a look away and try to explain what you have studied to yourself in you're own words, do active recall what you have studied and make some flash cards so that you can retain what you studied, this are just my opinions :)

In number one, in few cases its wrong because it require a lot of energy to speak.. Instead I recommend to use silent budda trick.. Basically all you have to do is to read in your mind without uttering a word. If it help..then 👇

I agree with the writing down notes instead of typing it in a laptop. There was already a research conducted where they separated a class in two. The students who were writing things down had a higher result in tests. I think it was called the effort thingy?

If you are going to learn anything than first check from which hole of your nose the air is getting through. If it is left than you can start learning and if it is right than close your right hole by finger and breathe from left nose only . It will help you to boost your memory . My tips 1- prepare notes in your own language 2- read minimum 2-3 times a topic 3- do revise it 4- neither be worried about exams nor be over confident 5- avoid phones or other device while studying You would definitely get good marks if you follow this😊
