Sometimes I completely shut down n walk away bc my brain has just been blown to pieces that I cannot come up with the words to defuse the situation. Or I'm in utter shock bc never in a million years cud I have ever thot to say the words that were just said to me n the tremendous pain it inflicted on my being. I once had a BF that wud say the meanest things to me about me personally or physically, things that should be illegal to say to another. The dark lonely place I wud spiral into cud cause me to to lash out n try to say something just as mean or evil to only hate on myself even more cuz I wud never want to inflict that kind of pain on another esp someone I love.

Right that’s why so many people become doormats , because they say to themselves:” it’s okay I can take this”, then eventually it becomes too much to handle.! Been there done that and learned to put my own wellbeing first.! Don’t tolerate abuse or mistreatment and do let the person know it’s unacceptable for them to behave in such way. Some people are incapable of introspection and self- awareness., and the only wake up call they ever get is when people begins to call them out .!

I appreciate Oprah Winfrey motivation information. Our lives as humans don't always prepare anymore for the good and bad things. I don't know why I made it my business to share about my good and bad surprises and physical abuse and ongoing experience by the medical providers. We have medical providers who stalk people's breasts for unveiled dysfunctional behavior, pretending to be about saving lives. I asked the doctor if I would get diagnosed with breast cancer. Would I get the treatment? The so- "called doctor shaked his head no. I found out my breast had a few fibrosis long ago without treatment. I have met many women on all levels from different backgrounds, hearing and witnessing their consistency to keep up with the mammogram. The main point is that the women who started early in their twenties would be told at sixty that they have stage 4 breast cancer with a year to live . I had ears to hear their stories, and the concerns to find out what reason the faithful people talking prevented measures would be giving life termination ?

Resilience is about not letting the pain and hurt consume or take over your since of being, not being a statistic of what pained you or hurt you. Rising above the hurt and pain to become the actor you choose to be in life will allow you time to heal and eventually overcome the negative things that once were attached to you. It takes practice just like that role you were invented to audition for, but didn't get the part until however many years later. Remember to always keep your head held high and focus on who is ahead of your life and spiritual reasons.

Deep beathing and relaxation - are not OCD routines to do when we are panicked - but they serve as mechanism to stop and pause. Without pausing we tend to make quick self sabotaging decisions based on reaction and pain and fear of what (potentially) angry person might harm us if we do not act quick.

Not to be defined by pain is called Dishabituation Desensitization The pain guides us because of trauma - in childhood we were exposed to ACE and ACoA and that is where we learned to fuse our emotions with our core being. We learned if we make mistake that we are mistake - through repeated sets of punishments and put downs by mentally ill parent and toxic people around us in our formative years.
