First Strike .. Interesting. Is it just cause you have a meelee matchup or would you even go First Strike over Electrocute against a Champ that outranges you? (Viktor, Lux, Brand and so on)

Considering that all damaging runes are getting nerfed where it'll be 5% AP ratio, might as well run first strike all game
