Easily overcooked. You want to make sure that the oil/butter is extremely hot before throwing them in there. Itll give you a great sear without cooking the inside as soon as you put them in the pan.

About 3 minutes to long on heat , fish will continue to cook after pulled from heat , factor that and this is a great recipe

Also don't burn garlic like that. Burnt garlic is disgusting. Garlic can only cook for a minute. And I found the best seasoning.. all u need is the cheap Walmart brand lemon pepper. And use enough extra virgin olive oil.

right, why would you put the garlic first to burn it and ruin the flavour? the butter is added later so it won't burn too

You wanna make sure the pan is hot. See how you flopped em on a dead pan, losing the seasoning? I’m sure it was edible though😉

oh wow. learn to cook indeed! 1) easily smash the garlic with the knife 30 cm away from your hand 2) why would you put the garlic minced, under the salmon? preventing a good sear contact. We'll return to the garlic at 3) 3) that garlic looks burned 4) salmon looks overcooked. Other than that, good cooking

ffs, what is that, I sure hope you learned to cook during the last 7 years. The list of things you did wrong is too long for me to name. But let's start with putting salmon steaks in a cold pan, burning the garlic, constantly shaking the steaks and serving them with all that butter,

@KevinLee-zt3rt7 жыл бұрын
If you want it fully cooked, the meat should be light pink all the way through. It should also flake apart. I like mine medium rare though so the inside is still a little bit undercooked.
