Price action describes the characteristics of a security’s price movements. This movement is quite often analyzed with respect to price changes in the recent past. In simple terms, price action is a trading technique that allows a trader to read the market and make subjective trading decisions based on the recent and actual price movements, rather than relying solely on technical indicators.
The only people who know where the market is heading are institutions. They are the ones who make the market move and our job as retail traders is to follow their footsteps and get the piece of their movement. As price action traders we need to find the most profitable ways to enter trades. The highest probability setups are 2nd entries, its variations and confirmations setups at the key entry points.

Amazing lesson 🎉 I have been watching Thomas for more than 18 months and practiced drawing trend lines and it helped me to be right side of the market. On funny note whenever I plan to get into entry I hear his voice “can I enter here “ you can not , below ema, doji bar, Inside bar . .. let it be above ema 2 es failed with higher low”. Then get it❤

Technically speaking the signal bar of the 2ES / F2EL (4:17) is the big bullish bar to the left, but the context was so good that we can disregard this "bad" signal bar. Am I right or am I missing something? Thanks guys and as always great video!

We cannot sell below bull bar, we wait for bear bar and use that as a signal bar. Signal bar should be the highest point in that swing for 2ES, there are matching highs so we can use the bear bar.

Great video - I am not fully understanding what you label as a "new high"? In an uptrend isnt everything a new high til it gets a red candle?

New high is the higher high outside the channel that is higher than the high inside the channel prior break.

I struggle with finding the time to watch the graphs the entire day due to my real job and am wondering if holding trades over longer timeperiods is more realistic for me. Taking the same setup but on for example 15min and then hold for 2hours or something. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

Price action is universal but you may be waiting very long time on higher timeframes for good setup. This strategy is really the best for smaller timeframe.

Hi Thomas. Good evening. I have a query. An overshoot with break of channel on the opposite side. Now if the stock has to continue moving upwards ( the original strong trend) what should i confirm first before going long

Preferbly new extreme for the channel after overshoot. If you are thinking the main trend is bullish with overshoot. So you want to see break and new low, push above EMA and HL or F2ES.

Thanks TW! Your vids have helped get my win rates up to about 70% and my PnL is enjoying the ride up. I use SIerra Charts, I am trying to understand (and possibly correct) why my 1000 Tick charts look closer to TW's charts (and Mack's) than my actual 2000 Tick chart? Anyone have any solutions or reasons? I've been playing around with my Tick sizes and actually 850 Ticks is even closer to his 2000 charts.
