you have to be around it for some time before it "clicks" or as Myron says .... "do you see it?" In the old days you would sit in a studio for the 2 -3 years , not allowed to speak or participate. They did this so by the time you were old enough to be at the easel you knew the language associated with drawing - the terms and concepts. Then the Master could move the school forward rather than just one here and a few there. Everyone understood the same language.

at my first class - nearly 20 years ago - my brian honestly hurt. I never got some much useful information crammed into my head in 2.5 hours like that class! Ouch - but WOW!!!!

astrology is esoteric - this is math. don't see your connection. People use this to design and create the world we live in. Designers and Architecture stuff. Again - don't see the esoteric part of it. Not to say there isn't a part of esoteric thinking at some point when creating art - but in the actually construction of the work - it much more logic then fantasy.
