This little guy rocks! Trims out really well. No need to constantly chase after it to get it to hover. Just purchased a six battery set with a 6 way charger so I can spend more time flying instead of waiting for batteries to charge. Battery life is good too.

I finally flew my HS210 for the first time two weeks ago. The thought of flying it made me very nervous, so I spent a lot of time going over and over the instructions to get completely familiar. I finally bit the bullet. Up and off it went! I had two gentle crashes and then full success!!! And it's all thanks to you! It's thanks to you because I purchased the HS210 after learning about it and the wisdom of choosing it from YOU. I can't express my appreciation enough. I'm in my 60s and when much younger I tried R/C airplanes. I had no success, partly because I"m not a fast thinker on my feet which inevitably ended up in crashes. The HS210 overcomes that with the altitude hold. You're not committed to be constantly flying forward, as you are with an R/C airplane. When learning, if you get slightly disoriented, you can simply stop and it will hover until you get your bearings again and then on you go. I can now take the HS210 off, fly around the room in various directions, land, take off again and so on. I was able to slowly bring it toward me and as I stood perfectly still was able to have the drone gently touch my nose, and then fly off and away again. Silly, I know. Flying it is so much fun!!! One last thing I want to metion is that you can adjust the TRIM on the drone!!! This is so, so wonderful!!! If the drone should drift a little in any direction when your hands are off the sticks, you can adjust that so it stays still in hover. Totally boggles my mind!!! Once again, I owe ALL of my success to you and the help you offered with this video. You have my most sincere thanks and appreciation. Best wishe to you!!

Hi, I have binged on your channel last night till around 1pm trying to do some research on beginner drones. I bought a sg907 max and crashed it a few time but luckily it is still in one piece. I took your advise and invested in a hs210. I decided to get 3 of them (1 for me and the 2 to be gifted) at 3am. Love your content and you just gained a subscriber in me. You are down to earth and truly understand the challenges of a greenhorned drone enthusiast. More power to you and keep up with this type of content. I will be watching. Hey, I did the same thing. I got an SG907 Max also. Got it used ($100 with 4 batteries). Crashed it a couple times into some bushes but it's still good to go. I plan to also get one of those recommended smaller drones for training along with the SG907. I the meantime I'll be saving up for something better. I'm probably gonna have to get a decent DJI alternative because I livei near an Airport (Controlled airspace).

That is awesome! But yes, it’s not a GPS drone so if the wind is blowing 5mph it will blow away at 5mph if you don’t correct it. Kinda like a ball rolls downhill, lol. But it’s good practice with a little wind to learn how to correct it, thanks for watching

I bought HS210 then I bought HS210Pro then I bought HS340, I bought Kyosho Egg 1000HD and DJI Mini 2 in between. I am sure that HS210 is the best responding and good drone for beginners. I am practicing how to fly with my drones. Your reviews are very good to see for me. I have some worries about Holly stone drones sold in US are not sold in Japen where I live. Hope drone standards are settled all over the world. I only know about Japan but things may be different in other countries. I enjoy watching your reviews. Please review many drones.

Thank you for this! I just discovered your channel here and have subscribed and just finished ordering the HS210. Yours is by far the best review of this little machine. Your advice, especially around how to start with buying your first drone (my situation) is excellent. You certainly know everything inside and out and your flight demonstrations are brilliant. Thank you so much for the help and advice you offer here. If I may, I'd like to ask a question please. With a more advanced drone that has a camera - does one HAVE to use a cell phone or "screen" in order to fly it? Is it mandatory to use the camera when flying it? Could one not just fly it by watching the drone from afar like you do with the HS210? Thank you again for all that you give us. Best wishes.
@b4ugo Жыл бұрын
Wow Cam, Thanks so Much! Almost all drones can fly without using the app of a device. In the begging its better not to look at the phone to see what the camera sees. Its better to learn LOS (line of sight) . Thanks so much for your kind words, means more than you could know.

Hi James I've watched a few of your video reviews. I do have a DJI Mini3Pro but wanted more flight time in the house and back yard, so I got the HS210 and the HS260 for outside. I have 2 emails out to HS because the 1st time trying to use the 210 .... well I haven't got in the air yet and wondering if you ran into this problem. New battery in remote, and charged battery in drone, I went to pair it, flat surface drone facing away etc ... They would not pair. Drone flashed red/green, remote turned on at the pairing the remote started beeping then beeped really FAST and red light flashing really fast ... the drone finally timed out and no pairing. I tried with all 3 batteries, same thing. I think my remote is the problem. Anyway waiting to hear from HS. thanks for listening!

Very helpful, I posted this yesterday on a couple of FB pages and got a lot of advice. Your video was one of the posts. I'm here for some advice. I have followed this group for awhile but do not yet have a Drone. So I think I want to take the leap but don't want to spend a grand on something that I end up not really getting into. I saw an ad for a EXO X7 Ranger Drone and given the less than $400 price I thought maybe it would be good for a first drone. Learn to fly it, see if I am into the photography thing without spending a bunch of money. Then I read reviews and decided maybe not. Now I am looking at the DJI MINI 2? @ around $600 I figure still not too bad and won't feel horrible if I don't get into it or if I fly it into the ground. 😳. Anyway, looking for any advice I can get for what to buy as first-time drone. Ease of use, and any information on things to consider, insurance extended warranty extra batteries? What do I need to get started for under a grand? Thanks in advance for any help.
