I love your videos, but I am so heavy handed and have a difficult time with the one stroke method. Any suggestions?

Try moving your hand back on the handle of the brush, sometimes this forces a heavy-handed painter to lighten up a little. Also watch your grip on the brush, loose grip, not tight. Keep working at it, knowing that's your issue will help you to focus on finding a way to lighten up.
