I have a relatively new overlock machine with air-thread (babylock Victory) and just this afternoon, the lower looper no longer threads properly. The thread goes through the first tube, but instead of shooting across to the second tube, it curls up and won't go in. This is a new development as of today. I've tried refreshing the thread, freshly snipping it, even air cleaning the second tube in case there's an obstruction, but nothing works. Also the Upper Looper works great as always. Very frustrating, any suggestions?

It would be best to take your machine to your local shop so they can see what is going on. At our stores our team will look at it to see what is going on and often can get machines up and running. When they can't it goes to our repair team. Since you have tried trouble shooting at home the next step would be to take it into your local dealer for some assistance.
